1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Cardinal AI Consulting ("Cardinal," "we," "us") handles information collected through www.cardinalconsultings.com. It is separate from our Responsible AI Use Policy, which describes how we use artificial intelligence in our work.

2. Information you submit through website forms

Our contact, assessment, and AI Policy Starter Kit forms ask for details such as your name, business email, company name, and, on some forms, phone number, industry, service interest, and a message.

With each submission we also record the website page you submitted from and, when present, the advertising or campaign information that brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters) and the referring website.

We use this information to respond to your request, provide resources you ask for, and follow up about our services. Submissions are stored in our website database and sent by email to our team.

3. Consultation and demo bookings

Our booking pages embed a scheduling calendar provided by GrowthHub365. Information you enter into the calendar (such as name, email, and phone) is collected by that service and used to schedule and confirm your appointment. We pass the page and campaign you came from to the calendar so we know which service you are interested in.

4. Chat and virtual agent interactions

Our website includes a chat widget provided by LeadConnector. Messages and any contact details you share in the chat are collected by that service and made available to our team so we can respond. Automated responses in chat may be generated by software rather than a person.

5. AI Services Advisor

When you use our AI Services Advisor, the goals and industry you type are sent to an artificial intelligence model to generate service recommendations. Please do not enter confidential or personal information into the advisor.

6. Analytics, cookies, and tracking technologies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and whether a form was submitted or a booking was completed. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or message content to Google Analytics.

Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), chat widget, and booking calendar may also use cookies or similar technologies needed for them to work.

7. Marketing communications and consent

Some forms include an optional, unchecked box to receive marketing emails. Receiving a resource or a reply to your request never requires marketing consent, and we record your marketing choice separately from your request.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing admin@cardinalconsultings.com.

8. Service providers we use

We rely on service providers to operate the website and respond to you, including website hosting and database services, an email delivery service, Cloudflare (spam protection and domain services), GrowthHub365 (booking and customer relationship management), LeadConnector (chat), Google (analytics), and an AI model provider for the AI Services Advisor. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver their services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

9. Data storage, retention, and deletion

We keep form submissions, booking records, and chat transcripts for 30 days, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time using the contact details below.

10. Security

The website uses HTTPS connections, and our forms include spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not claim any security certification.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing emails, by emailing admin@cardinalconsultings.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

12. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
